PrivateBin is a privacy-first, open-source pastebin that ensures the server has zero knowledge of your content - everything is encrypted client-side using 256-bit AES in Galois/Counter mode before it leaves your browser. You can optionally protect pastes with a password, set expiration rules like “burn after reading,” and include syntax highlighting, Markdown support, file attachments, and QR code sharing. As a fork of ZeroBin, PrivateBin adds improved features while maintaining a clean, secure, self-hostable architecture. It’s ideal for securely sharing text, code, or files with maximum privacy and control.
